Gas Canisters in Cambodia

There are many stories in the news about families losing their homes from gas canister explosions. This even happened to my neighbour here in Phnom Penh, Cambodia.

In the first 10 months of 2020, Cambodia had 872 fires and it is estimated that 40% of these fires were caused by careless use of cookers, candles, bonfires and incense.

Safety tip: Turn off the gas after every use.
